The bunch rolled out from Dundee after the morning prologue. The flag dropped and before long five riders (Martin Coopland - Falkirk, Neil Aitken - Pedal Power, Stewart McGregor - Dooleys Alasdair Easton - ERC and Keith Smith - Glasgow Wheelers) had taken the race by the scruff of the neck and pulled out a 10s lead.

A sunny morning greeted the full field of riders taking part in this year's Dundee 2-day stage race. First up is the prologue, one and a half miles of leg sapping climb to the top of Dundee Law.

The START and FINISH will be at The Lochee Boys Club.
