Hello you lot.

Well in case you have not heard yet ,I am going to try and stop bikers belly growing over the Winter ( that's my motor bike of course).

So starting on Nov 6th I will be doing some Circuit training in the boys club on a Thursday night for an hour (8.30-9.30 ish) .

This will involve a lot of running about between stations ,with a lovely choices of tortures scribbled on some card.

All the while listening to some of the best kick ass tunes ( left behind by the aerobics girls 3yrs ago)

So why not come along and keep me company, and at the same time ,stop me looking like a mad loon running round in the hall on his own

Gosh ! how can we resist .I can hear you thinking already.

Well it's free ( obviously !!) , and it is always better to suffer in a crowd, rather than pretend your Lance while on your Turbo (in the shed) .

After all ,the boys club is just so much more attractive than some of these purpose made gyms ( well ,who needs showers anyway)

It would also be good ,if people that come along have done some sort of circuits before, and are aware of some of the warm up and stretching moves, as this is more of a join in group ,than leotards and head mikes. (and I ain't no aerobics instructor)

Now anyone that has done circuits before ,and feels there are some tortures that have been left out, is welcome to contribute and point out any or all bad techniques. I will take no responsibility for any pain or injury ,but being a qualified first Aider ,I will show you the best position to cry in (or be sick).
