Fort William weekender May 9th 2009
Time for the annual pilgrimage to the midge capital of the world.
125 miles either way, done in three 40 mile blocks, at a fairly easy pace.
We head up by Pitlochry, Dalwhinnie and Laggan and return by Glen Coe, Crieff and Perth so the scenery is spectacular.
Two cafe stops both days so plenty of cake.
Billy and Steve are planning to go mountain biking at Laggan and Fort Bill instead, so they could take up the luggage.
So hands in the air and names down, for one of the best runs of the year. Keep up to date and note your interest in he forum.
And if you can’t go watch out for the run report.
